To check if your iPhone is eligible go to Apple support website and you can check for screen replacement by putting the serial number and To find your serial number, head to Settings > General > About. and also do not forget to change the region to your specific needs.
The replacement program covers only the screens that were non-responsive and troubling, and the devices with other issues like cracked screens will have to be resolved before the service. There will most likely be a charge for the additional repair for such cases, Apple explained on its support page. iPhone 11 users who may have faced this issue earlier, and got it fixed can also get a refund for the same from Apple. The replacement program is eligible for only two years from the time the iPhone 11 was purchased.
