Motorola joins the flagship 888 league!

Just a day old announcement about the launching of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, and we are already coming across the smartphones advanced with this power-packed chip. Following the Realme ‘Race’, Red Magic 6, Oppo Find X3, Nubia Z, and ZTE Axon 30 series, Motorola is now all set to work on a phone equipped with Snapdragon 888.

It might not be the smartphone that you would count on, as in the succeeding year, Moto G is likely to launch a telephone with the flagship chipset. Moto G series has consistently focused on the value-for-money offers all these years, and the upcoming phone is expected to be no different.

After a few years of absence, Motorola was expected to make a comeback with the Moto X telephone, although later it came out to be Edge+. Hence, the upcoming smartphone is most likely to be Edge+2 or something related. This makes Motorola Edge+2 the first model of the company to be advanced with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip. It will of course be a 5G connected phone, a bit more prime version of Moto G 5G and Moto G 5G Plus.

The forthcoming model is expected to shake up the market a little with this one. “flagship killer” style phone has been a dearth over the last couple of years. Moto G has always been exclusively using Snapdragon chipsets, which over 100 partners launched around the world.
