The Xiaomi sub-brand confirmed on Twitter that the POCO M2 Reloaded would be released in India on April 21st. The POCO M2 Reloaded will be unveiled on April 21st at 12 p.m. IST, and the smartphone will be sold in India through Flipkart.
However, according to Gizmochina, the smartphone could just be the POCO M2, released in India last September but with a different RAM and storage configuration. The POCO M2 Reloaded, according to these sources, would have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the POCO M2 is available in 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB configurations.
POCO M2 Reloaded Specifications
If the POCO M2 Reloaded specs are the same as the standard M2, except for the RAM and storage configuration, it should have a 6.53-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. A 13MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor should be included in the phone’s rear camera setup. The front-facing camera has an 8-megapixel resolution.
As previously reported, the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC will power the POCO M2 Reloaded. The software will most likely run on Android 10 with the MIUI 12 skin. A 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, dual-SIM support, 4G networking, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port are all included in the POCO M2.
POCO M2 Reloaded Price in India
If the POCO M2 Reloaded does indeed have less RAM than the current POCO M2 models, the new phone should be more affordable and act as the lineup’s entry-level model. Typically, the price difference between a smartphone’s 4GB and 6GB RAM variants is around Rs 1,000.
