Realme 7 Pro & Realme 6 Pro To Receive 11-Based Realme UI 2.0 Update in India

In India, the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro smartphones are now getting Android 11 updates. After months of testing, the stable release of Realme UI 2.0, which is based on Android 11, is now available. Realme says that the update will be phased in and won’t be available right away. It can take some time for all users to receive a notification, and users may check Settings manually at any time. The Android 11 update adds a slew of new features, including three different dark mode models.

The company took to the forums to announce the Realme UI 2.0 update for the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro, which is built on Android 11. The Realme 7 Pro’s version number is RMX2170 11.C.20, while the Realme 6 Pro’s version number is RMX2061 11.C.15. The update will be rolled out in stages to a small number of users at first, with a larger release following a few days to ensure there are no crucial bugs.

The changelogs for the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro are similar, and the Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 update adds more personalizations to enable users to customise the interface, such as the ability to build their own wallpaper by selecting colours from their images. Third-party icons for apps on the home screen are now supported, and there are three dark style modes to choose from: enhanced, mild, and gentle.

Users of the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro can now drag text, images, and files out of a floating window or from one app to another in Split screen mode after installing the update. The Smart Sidebar editing page has been improved with the addition of two tabs and the ability to modify the order of things. Optimized night charging, a feature that monitors charging speed at night to prolong battery life, has been added to the update. Tone Tunes, DND mode customizations, weather animations, vibration effects for text input and gameplay, and improved auto brightness are all included in the update.

The Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro updates include the ability to delete or merge folders. To locate an app easily, users can add filters for “Drawer mode” based on letters, install time, or use frequency. The update adds a System Cloner and allows users to switch App Lock on or off in Quick Settings to enhance security and privacy. It also includes improved SOS features, easy access to emergency information, and a permission manager. The update includes an Immersive mode that eliminates distractions while gaming, as well as changes to how you summon Game Assistant.

Realme 7 Pro and Realme 6 Pro users can now use a QR code to share their personal hotspot with others. The update includes new features such as Cloud Sync for Private Safe, which allows you to sync images in a Private Safe to the cloud, as well as improved photo editing features such as updated algorithms and more markup effects and filters. Shortcuts for editing and sharing images have been added to the camera app. It also gets an inertial zoom option, as well as a new level and grid feature to aid in video composition. A new Sleep Capsule, which allows users to arrange downtime, and a new Sound Amplifier, which amplifies faint sounds in the environment, are both available.
