The Master Edition is available with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Here you get a large 6.5-inch display, the Super AMOLED panel which has a Full-HD+ resolution so that you can get the finest video watching and gaming experience. The internal memory is of the UFS 3.0 type, it is non-expandable as there is no micro sd card slot available. One not so small detail is the refresh rate which supports 90Hz so that you can handily scroll without worrying to be dangled.
