The Head of Realme India ‘Madhav Sheth’ teased the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 1200-powered smartphone. During the Launch Event, the executive teased the smartphone. The CEO also tweeted about the device stating, “Activate your Max 5G speed with India’s 1st MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G Processor. Stay tuned.” which suggests the device’s moniker could mention “MAX”. However, according to a report from Tech Radar, Realme X7 Max Might Launch in India as Rebranded Realme GT Neo.
Realme X7 specifications:
Although Madhav didn’t unveiled Realme GT Neo is launching in India, It’s the brand’s only phone with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 right now. However, there’s always the possibility that we’ll see a whole new model created specifically for India. The Realme X7 Max will be the third model in the Realme X7 series, which also includes the Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro. Tech Radar revealed the colour and storage variants of the Realme X7 Max in India in another exclusive leak. In the world, the phone will be available in two models: 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB capacity. It will be available in three colours: Mercury Silver, Asteroid Black, and Milky Way.
Realme GT Neo specifications:
The Realme GT Neo has a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a corner punch-hole sensor, as previously stated. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC is paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage that can be expanded via a microSD slot. On top of Android 11, the phone runs the Realme UI 2.0 custom skin and has an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The computer has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging.
The back of the Realme GT Neo has a triple camera: a 64MP sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP camera. It has a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity functionality can include 5G, 4G, LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, and USB Type-C for charging and transferring data. The handset is 8.4mm thick and 179 grams in weight.
