Well-known for producing quality products at decent pricing, Xiaomi, a multinational global company, is back with its new M2007J22C model Redmi Note 9 5G series. The series is expected to be launched on 26 November 2020.
Besides the popularly rumoured Redmi Note 9 5G and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G whose specifications have been leaked, the lineup is also expected to include a 4G-only Redmi Note 9.
All the touchscreen smartphones in series come with a 6.53 inches IPS LCD screen offering punch-hole display and featuring 1080×2400 pixels resolution. The 48-megapixel rear camera has a triple camera configuration whereas the selfie camera has a single configuration with 13-megapixel resolution.
The internal storage is rumoured to be 64GB in size with 4GB RAM. The smartphones are based on Android 10 OS and run on MediaTek Dimesity 800U octa-core processor. A fast-charging Li-Po 5000 mAh battery powers the lineup.
Yet another enticing feature of the series is the provision of a wide range of sensors from proximity to accelerometer including ambient light sensor and gyroscope.
You can expect to grab Redmi Note 9 5G at a modest outlay of around 11,200 INR while Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G can cost somewhere around 16,800 INR.
