Xiaomi has yet to reveal the design of its brand new Mi 11 Youth Edition that will be launched on 29 March in China. In this event, they are going to introduce three new smartphones. Along with, Mi 11 Youth Edition during the same event.
According to Gizmochina, the Mi 11 Lite will be available in two models, one with 4G and the other with 5G. Mi 11 Youth Edition is expected to be the name of the 5G version. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 780 5G chipset is expected to power the Youth Edition of the smartphone. The Mi 11 Youth Edition will be the first smartphone to use this chipset if Xiaomi uses it.
The Chinese company has officially confirmed a few details about the unit. The Mi 11 Youth Edition will be an ultra-thin tablet, measuring only 6.81mm thick. Because of the device’s slim profile, the company is expected to forego the 3.5mm headphone jack in favor of a multipurpose USB Type-C connection. The MicroSD card slot is supposed to remain on the tablet.
A 6.55-inch AMOLED display is expected on the Mi 11 Youth Edition smartphone. Full HD+ resolution is expected on the display panel. The AMOLED display will also have a 91Hz refresh rate.
With a 20MP selfie camera housed in a punch hole, the phone is intended to appeal to a younger audience in terms of photography. A 64MP sensor will be used as the main camera, along with a 5MP macro sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor.
It will have up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, according to reports. A 4,250 mAh battery is expected to power the handset, which will also support 33W fast charging.
