Xiaomi’s Mi 11 is the world’s first smartphone equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. Xiaomi launched Mi11 at an event that took place in China. Mi 11 is the successor of Mi10 with some exquisite upgrades. Some of the upgrades include a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner for the selfie camera, extremely slim bezels, and a curved screen for immersive viewing, and a glossy back panel. Not to forget, Mi 11 is equipped with best-in-class Harmon Kardon stereo speakers.
Mi 11 flaunts a 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate with a punch hole cut-out and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Mi11 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC(system on chip) paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. The Smartphone is based on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 custom skin on top. Mi11 is loaded with a 4,600 mAh battery and a 55W wired charger.
Mi 11 packs a triple camera which is Elegantly Designed in a square module at the back with a 108MP primary sensor with f/1.85 aperture with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), a 13MP (f/2.4 aperture) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP (f/2.4 aperture) telephoto-macro camera with a 20MP selfie camera on the front.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 is available in 5 color options. These are the standard white, blue, and black variants. Meanwhile, there are also the smoke purple and khaki leather finish variants on the back. Sales in China will start on January 1, 2021. Mi 11 is yet to launch in India but is expected to launch by 30th December 2020.
Mi 11 price is RMB 3,999 (in Rs 45,000) for the 8GB + 128GB, while the 8GB + 256GB variant costs RMB 4,299 (in Rs 48,400). Lastly, the top-end 12GB + 256GB model is priced at RMB 4,699 (in Rs 52,900).
