Apple’s ‘One More Thing’ event will go LIVE tonight: Unveiling Apple Silicon Macs

Apple’s ‘One More Thing’ event is scheduled to take place at 11:30 pm IST (10 am PST) which will be live-streamed from Apple Park which is located at Cupertino, California, United States. The event is most likely to see the launch of Apple’s MacBooks based on Apple Silicon announced back in June 2020.

Apple recently launched its iPhone 12 series in the event ‘Hello Speed’ which was hosted on 13th October 2020. Apple will host yet another online event tonight wherein it will unveil the new Apple products for the year.

Apple will transition the Mac to its world-class custom silicon to deliver industry-leading performance and powerful new technologies. It is said that the Apple silicon switch could lead to a lower-cost Macbook lineup. This transition will also establish a common architecture across all Apple products, making it far easier for developers to write and optimize their apps for the entire ecosystem. Apple also introduced macOS Big Sur, the next major release of macOS, which delivers its biggest update in more than a decade and includes technologies that will ensure a smooth and seamless transition to Apple silicon.
